I have been thinking about starting a new blog for quite some time. I am finishing graduate school and wrapping up 2014. So what better way to start a new year with fresh thoughts and a new way to help others?
There is something about blogging that has always felt refreshing to me. A place to go and share my thoughts and maybe help a person or two.
Maybe a blog is just what you need to share your journey with people? Sometimes opening up your mind can help way more people than you ever imagined.
I think of it as a diary with a purpose. Are you a thought leader in your industry or striving to be one? Whether you think so or not, people want to know your thoughts and opinion.
The name “Good Morning Fitness” originated in the mind of my husband. He explained that everyone wakes up with fresh goals in mind. Why not start the day out with good vibes and positive energy to tackle those goals? My goal is for this blog to be a positive place for you to visit that will encourage and inspire you to stay on track, no matter what happens in your day.
