After having sinus stuff and coughing for a week, I was determined to workout today! I have my last college class tonight with a presentation, so I knew I would have to fit in a workout during Brinkley’s nap time. I set the timer for 20 minutes and went for it! I used my heart rate monitor and saw that my intensity was pretty high the whole time. Good thing it was efficient! Brinkley only slept for 30 minutes! You do what you gotta do. You just need a set of dumbbells, maybe a kettlebell and jump rope (or do jumping jacks like I did).
