I really appreciate all of the sweet mamas out there that supported me during my pregnancy and post-baby. Being a new mommy is quite an adjustment and your encouragement and advice means the world to me. For that reason, I believe I should pay it forward and make these plans free for future and new mamas.
I know it can sometimes seem impossible to get just a few free minutes to yourself to focus on your health, that’s why I want to share my simple plans to help you.
The PDF’s are on google docs, so they are viewable from your phone. You can print and/or download them on your computer.
