I recently started incorporating this glute exercise to build my booty and it’s SO good I just can’t keep it to myself. I have been adding these into my routine 2-3 times a week and can already tell a difference. I recommend 4 sets of 15-20. I provided a link to the bands I’m using below. Check them out!
