I created a new healthy eating grocery list! I hope you will share it with anyone who needs it.
I recommend eating every 3 hours, 5 meals a day to increase your metabolism. I aim for 20-25 grams of protein and carbs per meal, eating veggies as much as possible. This is a simple list and you are certainly not limited to these but this is my personal list.
When meal prepping, you can spend $5-7 per meal. I rely on a meal replacement shake to cut down on costs and time prepping. They give you NO EXCUSES for missing meals.
