Sometimes I am not “feeling” the gym so I bust out the dumbbells and do a quick at-home workout. These moves are great to create nice, sculpted shoulders. Choose a weight that challenges you. Your muscles should be burning at the end of each set. You can also use different weights, starting with the heaviest, lowering your weight on each set. Are you ready? Repeat this circuit 4 times without stopping. Perform 12-15 repetitions of each exercise.
