Welcome to the Fall Challenge!

Sign up with the Premium Bundle or the Basic Challenge.

This is for those ladies who want to stay focused and feel great this holiday season. Join the KBFIT Family and stay accountable in our private Facebook group. This 6-week program is a CIRCUIT workout and is a combination of strength training and active rest for cardio. One workout can be completed in approximately 30 minutes from home or the gym.

Upon purchase, you will receive the document(s) by email. The main challenge document will direct you to our private Facebook page. Please request to join and I will approve you.

GOALS: to stay on track with your goals during this busy time of year! Lose body fat, tone up, build your booty, eat healthy and indulge some, too! Let’s cheer each other on!

Don’t fall into the trap of overindulging and being inactive during the cooler months.

Recommended equipment:
Dumbbells – 5, 8, 10 pounds
Resistance bands with door stop
Circle band
Jump rope (optional)

More details:
There will be weekly giveaways for the those contributing/sharing and working hard in the Facebook group and on Instagram. There will also be a grand prize winner at the end of the 6-weeks for the best transformation. All before/after photos are due at the end of the 6-week period. Kelsey will not share your photos without your permission.

DATES: Monday October 29, 2018 through Sunday December 9, 2018.

All photos/short essay will be due by Sunday, December, 16, 2018 by 10:59pm CST to kelseybyerschallenge@hotmail.com. 

If you start prior to October 29th, you still have until December 9th to take your photos and December 12th to submit.

Final Submissions: Do not send photos in a word document. Send them separately from the short essay. Before/after photos should be in a collage side by side using an app like Picstitch. If you don’t have a newspaper to prove the start/end date, use a timestamp app. Thank you!
