Hi friends!

I am here to fill your inbox with positivity! I don’t email you ladies much, but when I do, I always want to bring value.

It’s been months and months in the making. Turns out, it’s not an easy task to finish a workout program with 2 kids, a job and all-the-things life brings.

So many of you have asked for a new program and I am always listening. I am sharing the very program I have used (and repeated) to lose 50 pounds in the last year.
