It’s been a minute! If you’ve been following along on social media, you may know I’ve been working on ME for quite some time since having my 2nd baby. He’s four! LOL. I’ve dropped 76 pounds and I’m feeling like myself again.
I filmed this at-home booty (glute) workout yesterday thinking it might help somebody.
If you’ve been taking a break on fitness and need to start a routine again, I feel you! Just take one day at a time.
Click here to watch the video. I did 4 sets of 10 on each exercise. I like to do them as a circuit, back to back so I am moving the whole time.
