This plan gives you an 8-week gym workout plan for toning up and dropping body fat in the most efficient way possible. Each workout is an hour our less, depending on your gym traffic. It combines strength training and body weight exercises with video links for demonstration. The cardio is a combination of HIIT and steady state.
