Hi friends! Due to COVID, my hubby and I were forced to get creative at home with our workouts. Many of these exercises are new and have not been used in my programs before. I always had the gym to fall back on in the past (for extra options) but not this time. I have felt challenged every workout and I have to admit, it’s been nice walking into my formal dining room to start my workout each day. You don’t really have an excuse when it takes little effort to START. 🙂

This is a home workout plan with no nutrition guidance. If you need help with nutrition, check out my Healthy Eating Starter Guide. This is not a challenge, it’s a take it and run with it plan! It will be emailed to you in a PDF document, it is not a physical book.

  • The workouts take anywhere from 30-50 minutes, depending on your equipment and the amount of cardio you choose. I typically lift for 15-20 minutes, followed by cardio for 30 minutes. When I do HIIT for cardio between lifting sets, my workouts are shorter.
  • Please see this post on recommended equipment before you purchase the plan. I use dumbbells, loop bands and resistance bands in these workouts.
